Implications of patient accessible EPR
The UK Government policy requires that patients will have access to their records, and with time, will be able to contribute to them. This has implications for practice for all the multi-disciplinary team, but in particular for nursing and midwifery.
This short anonymous questionnaire is being completed as part of my Florence Nightingale Leadership Scholarship and seeks your views on what this means for nursing / midwifery practice and how we through a co-produced electronic patient records improving the patient-nurse/practitioner experience. For the purpose of this survey this includes hospital and general practice electronic patient records.
